From September through December, the jewel-toned fruits are harvested at peak ripeness, adding a burst of freshness and color to every glass. Paired with the delicate sweetness of lychee and the clean finish of Meili vodka, the result is a bright, refreshing cocktail that’s as much a taste of the island as it is a toast to the harvest.
