The Farm at Hōkūala

A stunning transformation from an overgrown golf course, The Farm at Hōkūala is now our bountiful fruit orchard and organic vegetable garden — filled with everything from greens, fruits and vegetables to edible flowers, pineapples and traditional Hawaiian canoe plants like kalo, noni and breadfruit.

It is from this beautiful landscape that Owners and guests at Timbers Kaua’i can make arrangements to choose their own produce to enjoy at home, or help harvest ingredients for special chef-prepared, farm-to-table dinners.

To arrange a tour of our Hōkūala farm or make a dinner reservation, please contact the concierge at 808.320.7400.

Our Farm-to-Table Promise

Beyond supporting our on-site Hualani’s restaurant, bar and spa with fresh ingredients, The Farm at Hōkūala also aims to promote conservation and agri-education in our local community. By serving as the cornerstone of our Ahupua’a (village), it makes our roots here even stronger.

Tour The Farm

Have fun with the whole family and take a hands-on tour of our Hōkūala farm. Learn about farming the land and even help harvest and plant. Smell fresh cinnamon leaves, taste ample fruits and gather herbs from the garden, as you’re guided through our bounty of tropical fruits and vegetables growing in the picturesque and lush landscape.

Plant Roots

With ownership at Timbers Kaua’i comes many exclusive privileges — and one of our most special traditions is connecting our Owners to The Farm at Hōkūala. We invite all new Owners to join us in a ceremony at The Farm, where you plant and adopt a tree, forever connecting you to the land and our ‘ohana.
