Timbers Kaua‘i is proud to announce that Hualani’s was recently deemed an Ocean Friendly Restaurant by Surfrider Foundation.

This year, we were also proud to host a new tradition – the inaugural Hokuala Floating Lantern Ceremony, which took place on Sunday, May 29th. This once-a-year event pays tribute to and honors the memory of loved ones.

Welcome to this month’s Talk Story, a blog series featuring a variety of our beloved Timbers Kaua‘i Team Members. This month we are going to be learning more about our Operations Director of Hōkūala. Carrie Bligh has been at Timbers for about 4 years and is currently overseeing Timbers Kaua‘i, The Hōkūala Club, and the new developments that are coming in the near future. 

The “Hōkūala Hokulada” is our delicious Farm-to-Bar version of a skinny Piña Colada served in a young ice-cold coconut with a papaya stem straw.
