The “Hōkūala Hokulada” is our delicious Farm-to-Bar version of a skinny Piña Colada served in a young ice-cold coconut with a papaya stem straw. Enjoy this refreshing drink here at Hualani’s or at home. Be sure to garnish with a sprig of mint and a slice of starfruit.

Ingredients

2 oz coco water

1 oz pineapple juice

1.5 oz coconut rum

1 oz cream of coconut

.5 oz lime juice

1 oz dark rum float

Directions

Blend all ingredients together and garnish with a sprig of mint and a slice of starfruit. For a true island vibe, serve your beverages in a young ice-cold coconut with a papaya stem straw.
