The dining experience at Hualani’s draws on the palate that the seasons dictate, what’s fresh is what’s on the menu. In addition to a variety of simply prepared ‘cuts’ from our local partner butcher, our culinary experience is inspired by a sense of place and driven by local suppliers as well as fresh-picked ingredients from the Farm at Hokuala. From the daily catch, to the morning harvest and even a really great burger, we’ve got you covered with the best of the island.
Farm to Taco Night
On Wednesdays, our Chef and bar team collaborate with The Farm at Hokuala. Based on the day’s fresh harvest, we curate organic farm-inspired tacos and margaritas with special pricing of 3 tacos for $10 and $10 margaritas.
Farmers Tasting Menu
Every Thursday night join our Chef as he prepares a three-course menu with ingredients harvested from the Farm at Hokuala and picked up that day from our partner farms. Each dinner is infused with traditional Hawaiian cuisine with a focus on the traditional canoe crops.
Fried Chicken Sunday
Every Sunday, join us at Hualani’s for $9 fried chicken and waffles. Chef’s pineapple-marinated chicken with chili-koi sauce served with a savory waffle is a must-experience mouth-watering meal.
We understand that you don’t need to go out every night, but that doesn’t mean you still can’t enjoy a chef prepared meal. For the nights you want to relax on your own lanai, don’t lift a finger to cook, but rather delight in our in-suite dining experience. Based on popularity of our in-suite experience, we strongly recommend seven-day advance notice.
