Aloha Kakōu. In our 2nd edition of Talk Story, a new blog in which we sit down and talk story with a different member of the Timbers Kaua’i ʻOhana, we feature Kaui Kitashima. Kaui is our Resident Housekeeping Manager and beloved Ukulele Class Master. 

At Timbers Kauai, our Owners are the reason that we are here. From the moment they step off of the plane and the first shaka we share with them, to their last tropical Mai Tai, poolside at Hualani’s Restaurant before departure. It’s all about the aloha here at Timbers Kauai at Hokuala, which is why, time and time again, you will hear us say that we are all one big Timbers Kauai ‘Ohana (family), in our little slice of “Paradise, Perfected”.

Each year in Hawai’i, on May 1st, May Day is joyously celebrated statewide, sharing in the aloha spirit and tradition of the Hawaiian flower lei.
