Kaua‘i Chocolate and Coffee Festival
The 9th Kauaʻi Chocolate & Coffee Festival is a celebration of all things chocolate and coffee.
A benefit for the Kala Foundation, the festival highlights Hawai‘i agricultural industries of cocao and coffee while showcasing local farmers, chefs, roasters, chocolatiers, baristas, and local artisans. Festival admission is free, but attendees are encouraged to purchase a tasting passport to partake in chocolate and coffee sampling.
About the Kala Foundation
Kala Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit dedicated to Hawaiian culture, language, hula, mele, and spiritual preservation, have been organizing and promoting events in Hawai’i. Since Kala Foundation was established they have been instrumental in putting together authentic cultural events designed to preserve the Hawaiian culture. The Kala Foundation team has over 50 years combined experience in events management, coordination, logistics, production, marketing, audio, video, hula, mele, and culture preservation. Our experiences collectively cover a wide range of practitioners from Kumu Hula’s, hula, musical entertainers and composers, Kumu ʻŌlelo, fluent ʻŌlelo speaking, and a list of other cultural-related knowledge.
