Join us on October 8, 2023 Kōkua Day with HILT

You are invited to our annual Kōkua Day on Sunday, October 8, from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm at Kāhili Beach Preserve in Kīlauea. Join us, along with our event partner, Hawai‘i Land Trust (HILT) in giving back to our ʻĀina!

Families are welcome or just bring yourself! Wear sun protection, close-toed shoes, and bring a refillable water bottle. Gloves, buckets, and tools will be provided. Advance registration is required.

Kōkua Day Schedule

8:30 am – Volunteer arrival and check-in
8:45 am – Blessing
9 am-10:15 am – Clean-up/weeds removal
10:30 am-11 am – Plant Pohinahina
11 am-12 pm – Talk Story at the river mouth with Uncle Gary + lunch
